Kobo Form Status

Any forms that you have configured will display below. If posted is 'true', that form has succesfully been installed on the KoboToolbox server for data collection.

Something went wrong with the automatic Kobo account creation. Click here to manually add an API token.

NOTE

Once you deploy your project, you will not be able to go back and make edits to configuration (surveys, pathways, neighborhoods except to add new neighborhoods) or to the training phase.

To begin the deployment phase, you must confirm that you no longer need to make edits or access training.

Please note: We have deployed a new version of the SaniPath Tool. Unfortunately, we were unable to migrate older accounts in the process. We have retained the older version of the tool at https://legacy-tool.sanipath.org.

It will remain online until at least October, 1, 2022, and you can access it with the same username and password you used to create the account. We recommend downloading any data stored ahead of this shutdown.
